We want your experience at David Ranch to be smooth, clear, and stress-free. Please review our booking and cancellation terms below before confirming your reservation.
Booking Confirmation
All reservations must be made in advance and are only confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a booking confirmation.
The person making the reservation must be 18 years or older and is responsible for the booking and all members of their group.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes.
Changes to Your Booking
If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes made more than 14 days before your visit can usually be adjusted, subject to availability.

Changes made within 14 days may be subject to a fee or treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing.
Refunds are based on how far in advance you cancel:

More than 30 days before your visit: 90% refund (10% fee)

15–30 days before: 75% refund

7–14 days before: 50% refund

Less than 7 days before: No refund available
No-shows are non-refundable.
Weather & Unforeseen Events
As an outdoor destination, some activities depend on weather and safety conditions.
If we must cancel due to unsafe weather or unexpected circumstances, we will offer to reschedule your visit or provide a credit for a future date. Refunds are not guaranteed in these situations unless the ranch is fully closed.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled booking. Arriving late may reduce your activity time or affect your experience. No-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
