By signing below, I acknowledge that participating in activities at David Ranch Club—including but not limited to interacting with wildlife/bison/horses, zoo animals, axe throwing, batting cages, minigolf, riding the mechanical bull, and using sports facilities—involves inherent risks of physical injury. I am signing this waiver both for myself and as the parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative for all minors and guests included in my booking group. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with our participation. I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge David Ranch Club, its owners, and staff from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, sickness, or property damage resulting from our visit.
